- Inspection Battery not secure Right front upper control arm rear bushing loose on bolt has after market adjustable ball joint in arm not of Right upper and lower ball joints missing Carter key Left front upper ball joint missing Carter key Both rack boots missing Fog lights don't work Hood scoop to high 1 and eighth of an inch Rejection on vehicle
- Inspect battery terminals and cables. Charge battery to full capacity. Load test battery and record readings. Inspect alternator belt and adjust as required. Perform alternator output test and record readings. Perform starter draw test and record readings.
- Pressure checked and found plastic t at water pump for drivers heater hose and coolant bottle hose cracked and leaking also driver side heater hose fitting at firewall leaking
- P0420 cat efficiency below threshold bank no1. P0442 evap small leak. P0700 trans control module requested mil illumination Have (communication with trans no stored codes. Oil light on dash. No pressure on gauge shut down message. Oil is over full do not pull dipstick u will regret it
- TRANSMISSION NEEDS TO COME OUT FOR OVERHAUL
- HEATER HOSES – Remove & Replace – 1500,V8 Both – [NOTE: Deduct 0.2 when used in conjunction with Radiator Hose(s) – R&R.]
- OIL PAN GASKET – Remove & Replace – 1500, V8, 4WD w/Skid Plate – [Includes: R&I Front Differential.]
- CRANKSHAFT MAIN OIL SEAL – Remove & Replace
- TRANSMISSION ASSEMBLY – Remove, Install & Overhaul – 1500, V8, 4WD – [Includes: Perform Relearn procedure.] – [Includes: R&I Transmission Assembly, inspect and replace necessary components and road test.]
- STARTER ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – 1500, V8 w/Skid Plate – [Includes: R&I Fender Liner.]
- TIE ROD &/OR END – Remove & Replace – 1500, Rack & Pinion Type Gears Inner,Both – [Includes: R&I Outer Tie Rod Ends.] – [Includes: Adjust toe-in only. NOTE: Deduct .4 if alignment is also performed. NOTE: Manufacturer recommends removal of Rack and Pinion
- DIFFERENTIAL LOCK ACTUATOR – Remove & Replace
- AXLE SHAFT SEAL( RIGHT) – Remove & Replace – 1500 Right Side – [Includes: R&I Drive Axle Housing.]
